Hello All! I just wanted to say that my wife, our two kids and I all play Pirates Online on Nelly, Nell, Wild Bill, and Matthew Yellowbeard. We downloaded the game because our girls found it playing on Disney's Website. My wife don't play much anymore becuase she got bored with it like Trinity and Mama did. Trinity, Mama and Nelly got together and decided to make the Guild since our old guild The Reef Devils guildmaster didn't like having so many members, but that is a whole story in itself I won't bore you with right now. In fact we have a lot of the Reef Devils on the Wicked Warriors. So all I'm saying is just becuase the pirates a girl don't assume it's a girl controlling her, lol We all play them.

Hey all I am also new to this forum stuff so you may have to teach a old dog new tricks so to speak. This is ish aka minimister and grandpa oompaa. Hopefully i can get back to playing all the time like the old days. Glad we can now talk without disney looking over our shoulders

Well... like most of you I am new to forums. My pirate name is Robert Redbeard and I would like to thank Wild Bill for inviting me last night the timing was most opportune. I was just getting ready to head off to do my Grenade quest at Kingshead on my own... little did I know I was running head long into disappointment. I would like to thank all of you who helped with that last night, Little Mother and Nell (can't remember the last name lvl 40 founder) I really appreciate you sticking with me and keeping me not dead at the end there. I like that we have a forum for this kind of communication that would normally provoke Mikey into giving you a 3 day timeout. Been there done that...

About me in the real world... Robert is my real life name, makes it easy for me to remember my pirate name. I am happily married with 5 kids who got me addicted to this game... they were generous enough to let their old man have one of the unlimited accounts. Threatening to not pay the monthly fee might have been a factor. My 3 Boys, 2 Girls all play to some extent, I've lost track of all the characters they've created and who plays which ones. The boys are 10, 9, 7 and the Girls are 7 and 3. I work at a company that manufactures video surveillance solutions, work keeps me busy and yes... we are big brother. I am 34 years old , I think I stopped counting in my mid 20's, I refuse to grow up. Not much to me really, just an average guy with a twisted sense of humor, doing my best to enjoy life, and warping.. uh... sorry raising 5 kids who will hopefully take pity on me when I get really old and pay for my online gaming habits.

Alright, I like to talk about me, so here goes. I live in Denver with my husband Feelgood (who you may see sometimes telling bad jokes in guild chat, lol). I'm trying very hard to ween myself off of this game because I'm going back to school in the fall after being off for over a year. I know I'll never ever study if I play this. I'm a history major, and I'm particularly interested in colonial history in the US and the Caribbean. I'll probably end up teaching high school, but along the way my dream is to become a novelist, and right now I'm working on a piece of historical fiction about (drumroll please!)...pirates! Of course, this game has really been distracting me from writing, but sort of inspiring at the same time, so I guess it works out. Maybe I'll use "Emily Redsmythe" as my nom de plume! I originally accepted the guild invite from Wild Bill because it was the coolest guild name I'd seen, and now I've seen how much fun you all are! See you all later.

Well my actual name is Tawnya, but Little Mother was a nickname given to me by a good friend and co-worker about 4 years ago. He is also responsible for my addiction to this game. (Thanx Bigdaddymoe).
I am 26 and live in good ol' CA. I have three beautiful kids, 7 yr. old boy, 5 yr old girl and a 3 yr old girl and have been married to their daddy for almost 8 years.
On top of all this, I work with troubled teens. Let me tell ya, this game has been a life saver. It is great for anger management and stress for sure.

If anyone every needs/wants help I am always game (even if I have no clue what I am getting myself into. lol)

Hi, all! Elise Ironbones here. My Darling Husband, Jeffrey Ironbones, is the one who got me hooked on this game! I had so much fun reading the conversations he was having (Yes, Robert Redbeard and Little Mother, I know all of your wicked ways LOL), and watching the game I had to have a pirate of my very own! I am 33 yrs old, work for a major cell phone company, live in Idaho, and have a beautiful 22 month old miracle son. Neither Jeff, nor I were supposed to be able to have kids, so he's what I talk about most. I love to have fun and tease, and am a really easygoing person, so this is the perfect place for me!

Hi all, and thanks for the guild invite, esp to Pepe. He found me in the Tormenta Caves trying to battle Kelpbrains by myself. Or was it that I was hiding behind the rock he was standing on, and he felt sorry for me? Not sure.

When I'm not pirating, I'm a program director at a national nonprofit, but I plan to be a professional dirt digger aka archaeologist. Starting a doctorate imminently for underwater mesoamerican archaeology, ack. my favorite things to do on potc are cannon ships to davy jones's locker and dance jigs.

and. burritos are my favorite things to eat.

Heh, so a day late and a dollar short on this introduction.. it's only like a month late.

So, my pirate name is Jane Maida in real life my name is Nikki, middle name Jane. I will answer to either just Jane sounded so much more pirate-y. lol. So I am in reality a struggling student try to finish an Archeology PhD. So when you hear me complain about having to dig for treasure I am really just hoping to dig up something more interesting:P I live with my boyfriend who helped me sign up for the account and has since then spent a lot of time making fun of me for playing so much. Isn't he sweet? I am from Newfoundland Canada which before you make fun of me I have to remind you all has a grand history of pirates so there. lol. I have a weird sense of humor and I talk too much so I am going to apologize for that right now.
